Escudo Web appreciates the interest you have shown in our company and our products and services by visiting our websites (escudoweb.com, midess.com, e-mdm.com and phoneKid.net) or related communication channels, including, but not limited to, our pages or our channels on social networks and blogs (collectively "Escudo Web Pages"). This privacy notice applies to the personal data we collect or process when you interact with the Escudo Web Pages. You may interact with Escudo Web through the Escudo Web Pages, by purchasing and using our products or services, by advertising communications, and by our customer service. Contact Forms on the Escudo Web Pages

You can contact our customer service through the contact forms on the different Escudo Web Pages. By using these forms we collect the following information:

We use this personal data to be able to return an adequate response to our customers via e-mail in the shortest time possible. This information is sent via e-mail to those in charge of providing technical assistance in Escudo Web. The use of these contact forms only occurs at your request. Promotional Communications

You may choose to subscribe to communications for promotional and advertising purposes.

Whenever Escudo Web processes your Personal Data by virtue of this consent, you shall have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing, based on your consent before withdrawing your consent.

You can choose to create a Escudo Web Account at http://escudoweb.com to use our products and have the experience of shopping online.

When you create a Escudo Web account, we collect the following personal information:

Purchase data, device registration and use of the software Escudo Web

With your escudoweb.com account you can purchase Escudo Web products and services from our online store ("My Account") and register your devices for proper use of the software.

When you purchase products or services, register a device and use the software, we collect the following Personal Information:

The purchase, device registration and operation of the software only occurs at your request. OnBook

In Escudo Web we are responsible for the software of the OnBook solution. For its proper functioning we collect the following personal data from users who use it:

  1. Name and surname.
  2. Educational centre to which it belongs.
  3. School Identification Number.
  4. E-mail address.
  5. Photograph or image associated to the user.
  6. Geolocation history.
  7. History of IPs from where you have connected.

In some cases the users of this solution are minors, because the educational center that acquires the rights to use the software, is responsible for obtaining parental permission for the transfer of this information and to prevent its use if it has not been obtained.

We use this Personal Data only for the proper functioning of the software. The operation of the software only occurs at the request of the school that acquires it. Therefore, we consider that the processing of your Data is necessary for the execution of the contract of which it is a part, and that it is legal under Article 6(b) of Regulation (CE) 5419/16.

midess

For the proper functioning of the midess software, we collect the following personal data from the users who use it:

  1. Name and surname.
  2. Educational center to which it belongs.
  3. School Identification Number.
  4. E-mail address.
  5. Secondary mail address (parents/legal guardians).
  6. Photograph or image associated to the user.
  7. Geolocation history.
  8. History of IPs from where you have connected.
  9. Browsing history.

We also collect the following information through Google's "Admin SDK":

  1. Organizational units in your Google domain
  2. Google domain users
  3. Google Domain Groups

This information is stored in the servers of our suppliers, and is used to import the structure (organizational units), users and groups of the user's Google domain and prevent it from having to be registered again in our system, always with the aim of improving the usability of the tool. The way in which this information can be shared is defined in the section "Sharing your personal data with others" of this document.

In some cases the users of this solution are minors, because the educational institution that acquires the right to use the software is responsible for obtaining parental permission for the transfer of this information and for preventing its use if it has not been obtained.

In phoneKid, Genio and blabloo do not collect personal data of users, this is because the information obtained is related to the identification number of the mobile phone itself and not to the person who is using it.

In addition, we are not responsible for the security practices and policies relating to the collection, use or disclosure of information of other organizations such as Facebook, Apple, Google, Microsoft, RIM or any other application developer, application provider, social networking platform provider, operating system provider, wireless service provider or device manufacturer, including with respect to Personal Data you disclose to other organizations through or in connection with the Escudo Web Pages. This Privacy Notice does not address, and we are not responsible for, the privacy, information or other practices of any third parties, including any third party that operates any website or service to which the Websites link. In your request, please make it clear what Personal Data you would like to change, whether you wish your Personal Data to be removed from our database, or let us know what limitations you would like to place on the use of your Personal Data. For your protection, we may only be able to carry out requests in respect of Personal Data associated with your account, your e-mail address or other information you use to submit your request to us, and we may need to verify your identity before carrying out your request.

You may also stop receiving electronic communications from Escudo Web. If you do not wish to receive further promotional e-mails from us, you may unsubscribe by clicking on the button at the bottom of each promotional e-mail you receive from us.

Please note that we may need to retain certain information for recordkeeping purposes or to complete any transactions that you have begun before requesting a change or deletion (e.g., when you make a purchase or access a promotion, you may not be able to change or delete the Personal Information you provided until the completion of the purchase or promotion). Certain residual information may also remain in our databases and other records. Such information will not be deleted.

We will attempt to comply with your request as soon as reasonably possible. Please note that if you wish to stop receiving advertising related emails, we may continue to send you important administrative messages. You may not decline to receive these types of messages.

If you make use of your choices and rights (or any part of them), you may no longer be able to use certain Escudo Web Services, in whole or in part.

The Escudo Web Pages are not directed at children, as defined by applicable law, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children without the consent of their parents or guardians. However, it is the policy of Escudo Web to comply with the law when it requires the permission of a parent or guardian before collecting, using or disclosing Children's Personal Data. We are committed to protecting the privacy needs of children and strongly encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children's online activities and interests.

If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child has provided us with their Personal Information without their consent, they should contact us at info@escudoweb.com. If we become aware that a child has provided us with Personal Information without the consent of a parent or guardian, we will delete the information from our files.
